Can I add older tools to MY AEG™ tool bag?
Yes you can. Older tools, even those that are outside of their warranty, can be registered on your MY AEG account, so you can have all your AEG tools logged in the one place for your convenience. -

How do I create a MY AEG account?
To create a MY AEG account, go to aegpowertools.com.au/myaeg or aegpowertools.co.nz/myaeg and fill in your details. An email will be sent to verify your email address, once you have verified the email you will be able to access MY AEG to log in and register as many tools as you like. -

I had an old AEG account, do I need to create a new MY AEG account?
No, you don’t need to create a new MY AEG account. Instead, look for an email from MY AEG (make sure to check your junk folder as well) and follow the link to create a new password to login to your MY AEG account for the first time. If you have not received the email or have difficulty finding it, simply call our customer service team on 1300 AEG PWR (1300 234 797) in Australia and on 0800 AEG PWR (0800 234 797) in New Zealand. -

Yes. If you sell or give away the AEG product purchased and/or the BONUS product to another person, the no cost extended warranty will no longer apply. -

Do I get the AEG extended warranty on my BONUS product?
Yes. Register your bonus product to receive your extended warranty. Upload a photo of your delivery note as proof of purchase to complete registration. You have until 30 days from the specified despatch date on your delivery note to register for extended warranty for your BONUS product. -

How do I redeem the BONUS product?
Purchase a qualifying product within the specified promotion period. I registered my tool and have not received an extended warranty?
AEG offers an extended 3 year warranty on tools along with a standard 3 year replacement warranty and 1 year on batteries and battery chargers along with a standard 2 year replacement warranty, provided they are: 1. Purchased from Bunnings 2. and registered on a MY AEG account with a valid Bunnings receipt within 30 days of the purchase date with a serial number provided. What is a valid proof of purchase?
A valid proof of purchase is a photo (jpg, gif, png or PDF) of your original Bunnings receipt where the date of purchase, location and tool details are visible in the same photo. For long receipts, it is advisable to fold the receipt to display these. If your tool was purchased somewhere other than Bunnings, then a photo of the receipt can still be uploaded when registering, but the tool will not be eligible for an extended warranty. -

What is the extended warranty period on AEG products?
AEG offers the following schedule of warranty for tools purchased from Bunnings with a valid proof of purchase. Where extended warranty is applicable, the tool must be registered to a MY AEG account within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, tools not purchased from Bunnings do not qualify for a standard warranty or extended warranty.
