Features

The powerful 18V motor provides maximum power and runtime, generating a massive 11kN of pull force, making it ideal for 2.4mm-4.8mm rivets. A fully charged 4.0Ah battery will deliver approx. 400 x 4.8mm rivets.

AEG has engineered this innovative riveter to be so small that this rivet gun is the market’s most compact 18V model at only 156mm overall length.

AEG’s rivet gun is also around 50% lighter than its nearest competitor, weighing only 1.4kg without a battery.

The rivet gun will accept 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 4.8mm rivets, making this tool suitable for more applications. It will accept stainless steel, aluminium, copper and steel rivets.

As an added safety feature, the rivet gun has a built-in lanyard loop and is located on the foot of the tool, just behind the handle grip. Prevent the tool from falling and breaking or hitting other workers when working on construction sites, roofing, tower climbing, on scaffolding or other high-risk activities.

The transluscent mandrel catcher holds up to 300 mandrels. After installing the rivet, simply tilt back the tool to eject the broken off mandel. The translucent mandrel catcher will allow the user to easily see when it’s full and needs to be emptied.

Built in Wrench on Mandrel Catcher

Located on the back end of the mandrel catcher, you’ll be able to access the built in wrench when you need to change rivet capacity, removing any unwanted downtime.

Included with 8x nozzles 2.4/3.2/4.0/4.8mm

Included with the Rivet Gun are 4x nose pieces and 4x rivet retention nozzles (2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 4.8mm). Four of the nozzles have bore retention to hold the rivet in place, which is especially useful when riveting downward onto surfaces. Four nozzles can be stored on the tool.
