If you experience an issue with your AEG tool, you can make a claim to have it repaired or replaced under warranty. To make a claim you will need a copy of your proof of purchase and the date of purchase must be within the standard warranty period, or the extended warranty period if you registered via MY AEG within 30 days of purchase.

Find your local Bunnings store. When in-store, head to the customer service desk and tell the Team member you need to make an AEG warranty claim.
Scan the QR code in-store to start the process. The system will advise the Bunnings team member whether to replace the tool or book a repair.
Either you'll receive a replacement product on the spot, or your tool will be sent for repair.
We know how crucial it is for you to have your tools back in action immediately. In most cases your tool will be replaced on the spot so you can get straight back to the jobsite. If your product requires repair, our team will work hard to make sure we get your tools serviced and ready for you as quickly as possible. Our usual turnaround time for tool repairs is 10-14 days. If, for any reason, there's a delay beyond our usual turnaround time, we'll give you a heads up.
