The AEG 18V Brushless ¼” Trim Router provides enhanced control for creating intricate grooves and decorative edges in timber, laminate and plastic. Its micro depth adjustment has 0.4mm increments to fine-tune cuts and mill materials flush. Smaller increments can be used to create tight fits for cabinetry and smooth edges on furniture, or routing holes for plumbing and electrical.
Use the macro depth adjustment to make larger, accurate depth changes, or to remove the base to access the collet for swapping router bits. The Trim Router’s has a cast aluminium body and base which offers improved stability and accuracy. Seven speed settings (15,000-30,000rpm) offer enhanced control, optimise the Trim Router for different materials and help achieve the desired finish.
Avoid the need to change base plates with the dual base plate design that features one straight and one semi-circle side. The transparent baseplate and a downward-facing LED light improve line of sight and illuminate workpieces.
Connect a shop vac to the Trim Router’s vacuum adaptor to collect sawdust and other debris while you work. The rubber handle reduces vibration. A soft-start feature and line lock-out function enhance safety.
A 6.4mm ¼” Router Bit, Edge Guide, Wrench and Storage Bag are also included. Power this Trim Router with any AEG 18V Battery (not included).
